During the meeting we will let you know which class your child will be in and ask you to sign up for a School Home Visit. Home Visits

On Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th September we will be completing our School Home Visits, this will be a 15 min meeting with your child’s class teacher and LSA. You will be able to book this appointment on our induction evening. The meeting will take place within your classroom on our School site.

This is a fabulous way to develop a trusting relationships with your child’s teachers and certainly eases the transition in to school. Following this, a slightly staggered start from Wednesday 7th September is designed to enable each group of children to gain familiarity and confidence in their new environment without feeling overwhelmed. We find that children learn very quickly from each other and that calm, purposeful learning routines spread rapidly if each child has adequate attention and space for this to be established
