School Lunch Menus

New Catering Company Aspens: From Monday, 3rd November, we will be moving from our current provider, HCC Education Catering, to our new catering company, Aspens. This change means that our school menus will change from this date. This page has:

  • New Aspens Menus - please see below
  • Aspens Welcome Guide - please see below

New Lunch Ordering System on the SwiftKitchen App:  A key change associated with this move is the introduction of a new online ordering system, SwiftKitchen. From 3rd November, all school dinner orders must be placed, in advance of the school day, by:

  • parents and carers through the SwiftKitchen app. This information will be automatically sent to the school kitchen team via the app.

This new system means that we will no longer use ScoPay for dinner payments and ordering.

We are a totally Nut and Sesame Free School:

Although we recognise that this cannot be guaranteed, Cupernham Infant School aims to be a strict Nut and Sesame Free school to reduce the risk to those children and adults who may suffer a reaction if exposed to nuts and sesame to which they are sensitive.

  • Please do not allow nuts, nut products or sesame products in lunch boxes that are brought in from home. Our “Nut & Sesame Free School” means that the following items should not be brought into school:
    • Packs of nuts
    • Peanut butter sandwiches
    • Chocolate Spread (made with nuts) sandwiches
    • Fruit and cereal bars that contain nuts
    • Chocolate bars or sweets that contain nuts
    • Sesame seeds i.e. rolls (children allergic to nuts may also have a severe reaction to sesame)
    • Cakes made with nuts
    • Cakes or biscuits made with coconut oil (children allergic to cashews may also have a severe reaction to coconut)

We do not use nuts in any of our food prepared on site at our school. Our suppliers provide us with nut-free products. However, we cannot guarantee freedom from nut traces.

Sweets or Cakes brought in from home:
  • We also cannot give out any sweets or cakes brought in from home to be given out as birthday treats.
