When you accept your place with us your will be given the following registration form and a new starter forms/booklet for you to complete and return as soon as possible please.

• Forms to Complete and return to the school office:
  • Registration Form (Word Version)
  • Registration Form (PDF Version)
  • New Starter Forms Booklet (PDF Version)
• Supporting Documents we need:
  • Hard copies of 2 x proof of home address (for parent where the child resides) eg: Utility Bill/Council Tax/Bank Statement/Tenancy Agreement but no mobile phone bills please.
  • either a passport or birth certificate for your child/ren (originals).
