Airport Day

We had such a good time yesterday when we flew all the way to Uganda.

We experienced check in- luckily our baggage wasn’t too heavy! We went through stringent security and passport control. The children had a full flight experience and even had snacks on the plane. When we landed we got straight into the culture. We learnt some traditional African dance, honed our map reading skills and looked at some real objects kindly brought in.

It’s really kick started our topic and we are really looking forward to building on the learning as the term goes on.
