The Great Fire of Cupernham
Today we have shared your fantastic homework. Thank you all so much for putting in so much effort at home.
We are looking at the Great Fire of London for the next 2 weeks. Today we used the fire pit to explore what it is like to be near a fire. We also did an information run to work as a team to gather facts- we used a range of source including videos, artists work, information books and google. We made some houses that were 3 or four storeys high like in Pudding Lane and we recreated our own fire this afternoon. The children have really enjoyed the start of our topic and we are really looking forward to learning lots more about this tragedy.
