Marwell Zoo- Kingfishers
We had such a great time at the zoo today! We learnt so much about the African animals. In our workshop with the rangers we learnt about a python and a hissing cockroach and got to touch these animals. We also looked at animal droppings to work out what they ate.
Despite the bad weather we managed to get round all of the animals.
The children liked learning about animals that are endangered and the conservation work that the zoo does!
We look forward to reflecting on our trip in class tomorrow.
