Remembrance Day
On Monday 11th November we had a very special visitor join us for our Remembrance Assembly. Sergeant Bateson came to our assembly in full uniform and spoke to us all about his job in the armed forces. He shared his special medals and talked to us about how he got them.
Sergeant Bateson also showed us his military equipment and even let some of us try it on! He also visited each class throughout the morning so everyone had a chance to ask questions.
Every class spent the day doing activities linked to remembrance and some of us even got to work with students from Winchester University, completing a special art project.
