DT (Design & Technology)

Through a variety of creative and practical activities, our children are given the knowledge, understanding and skills to design, make, adapt, evaluate and develop

technical knowledge to produce engaging, purposeful and functional products.

The children are given the opportunity to explore and evaluate a range of existing products.  They also generate, develop, model and communicate their ideas and select from and use a range of tools and equipment appropriate to the task in hand. They have the opportunity to explore and make structures and mechanisms, as well as producing healthy and tasty food.
